Communication between Team and External Parties:

We use Microsoft Teams & Outlook for our Internal communication , Chat, Emails & Virtual Calls. Though we have other chat platforms which has other use cases. 1. Slack - For communicating with External Parties like Community Members, Customers & Consultants.
